Garlicky Broccoli Stir Fry

I have already posted about a broccoli stir fry dish in the past. That dish was flavored with lots of delicious ingredients, including sesami seeds, soy sauce, sesami oil, pepper flakes, ginger and garlic.

This stir fry recipe has one dominant ingredient - garlic. Garlic is very delicious, but it is also very powerful in this dish. I am using 6 garlic cloves and I am adding the garlic at the very end of cooking to add as much garlic flavor as possible.

If you don’t want as much garlic flavor, cut down on the amount of garlic you are using and add it in a bit earlier in the cooking process.

And here are other tasty side dishes: Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower, Meyer Lemon and Asparagus Risotto Recipe.

In the saute pan heat up vegetable oil. Add broccoli, that you have steamed, drained and dried. Stir fry for about a minute. Add soy sauce and cook for another minute. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

This broccoli stir fry makes a great side dish for a Beef Stir Fry.
