Garlicky Broccoli Stir Fry

I have already posted about a broccoli stir fry dish in the past. That dish was flavored with lots of delicious ingredients, including sesami seeds, soy sauce, sesami oil, red pepper flakes, ginger and garlic.

This stir fry recipe has one dominant ingredient - garlic. Garlic is very delicious, but it is also very powerful in this dish. I am using 6 garlic cloves and I am adding the garlic at the very end of cooking to add as much garlic flavor as possible.

If you don’t want as much garlic flavor, cut down on the amount of garlic you are using and add it in a bit earlier in the cooking process.

Garlicky Broccoli Stir Fry is a great side dish. Serve this broccoli stir fry with Mapo Tofu, Fried Rice or Beef Stir Fry With Onions.

And here are other tasty side dishes: Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower, Meyer Lemon and Asparagus Risotto Recipe.
