Frittata Recipe: Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese Frittata

Frittatas are a great alternative to omelets. The difference between frittatas and omelets is that you finish cooking your frittata in the oven.

Anything you can put in your omelet you can put in your frittata. This is a great frittata with caramelized onions, goat cheese and rosemary.

Before you make your frittata you will need to make caramelized onions. Do make them - both the onions and frittata taste great!
