Fish Taco Recipe: Fish Tacos With Pineapple Salsa
I like fish tacos - they are tasty and usually easy to make as well. However, many fish taco recipes that I have seen call for deep frying the fish. While those fish tacos are still very tasty, they are not as healthy as they can be. Plus, deep frying the fish will take a while.
I have created a fish taco recipe that is healthy, extremely easy to make and is very tasty - what can be better? In this recipe I broil the fish, and broiling gives it a very nice crust and flavor. The pineapple salsa makes the taco sing - it makes it extremely flavorful and healthy too!

How To Make Fish Tacos:
Line the broiler pan with foil.
Brush the cod fillets with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place on the broiler pan and broil for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until done.
After the fish is done, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, construct your fish tacos: place a tortilla on a plate, flake the fish, and place some of the fish on the tortilla. Top with pineapple salsa and enjoy.
