Cooking Brussel Sprouts



If you hated Brussels sprouts as a child, chances are, as an adult, you haven’t been cooking Brussel sprouts. The good news is that it is very easy to cook Brussels sprouts, and they are very tasty. Just roast them up - they look great roasted, taste even better and they are extremely easy to make!

Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 Pound of Brussels Sprouts
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

How To Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Pre-heat the oven to 375F.

Wash and clean Brussels sprouts. Cut the small and medium ones into halves and the large ones into quarters.

In a contains combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.

Arrange the Brussels sprouts in one layer on the baking sheet. Roast for for 20-30 minutes or until the Brussels Sprouts look golden.
