Club Sandwich Recipe
After cooking bacon in the oven, you are probably looking for different ways to use it, right? (Don’t tell me that you already ate everything you’ve made!)
One good way to use the bacon is to make a BLT Sandwich with Avocado. Another great sandwich that you can make with bacon is a club sandwich. A club sandwich is great with either turkey or chicken breast, and is very easy to make!
Ingredients You Need To Make Club Sandwich
2 slices of bread
3 slices of chicken or turkey breast
2 slices of cheese
3 strips of cooked bacon (see how to cook bacon at How To Cook Bacon In The Oven)
Chopped lettuce or mesclun greens
Two pieces of tomato
How To Make Club Sandwich
On the first slice of bread arrange chicken or turkey breast, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. Cover with the second slice of bread, cut in halves and enjoy!
