Cauliflower Recipes: Roasted Cauliflower
Even if you don’t like cauliflower, I recommend trying this recipe. Roasted cauliflower tastes very differently from boiled, steamed or even sauteed cauliflower - the concentrated cauliflower flavor really makes this dish irresistible.
You can use your roasted cauliflower to make cauliflower soup, or you can just serve it as a side dish. Both are great.

1 Medium Cauliflower Head
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
How To Make Roasted Cauliflower
Wash cauliflower and separate into small florets. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Here is the before shot - cauliflower tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper before baking:

Roast your cauliflower on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes or until it looks golden. Tastes great as a side dish or use it to make cauliflower soup.
