Bulgogi is a Korean beef recipe that is easy to make and that is very delicious. If you have been to Korean restaurants, Bulgogi is a popular beef dish that is served at Korean restaurants. At a restaurant, beef Bulgogi is thinly sliced, and usually grilled.

But even though this is a popular dish that is served at restaurants, it is very simple and easy to cook this dish. And you don’t even need to grill the beef – stir frying it in a skillet is just as good.

This Bulgogi recipe is also very simple, because there aren’t too many ingredients that go into this dish. Having to prepare and chop too many ingredients makes dishes complicated. And this is another reason why this dish is very easy to make – it does not have too many ingredients.

Ingredients for Bulgogi Recipe

1 Pound of Beef
1 Large Onion
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Water
A pinch of sugar

2 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
Sesame Seeds

How To Make Bulgogi Recipe

Mix together Soy Sauce, Water and Sugar.

Chop the onions.

Thinly slice beef, by cutting it against the grain.

Heat up the Canola oil in a saute pan. Add the onions and cook for a few minutes. Dry the beef and add it to the saute pan. Cook the beef until it is almost done.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan and cook until the beef is done.

Arrange bulgogi on a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
