Broccoli Recipe: Broccoli Stir Fry



If you have steamed broccoli, but don’t want to eat just steamed broccoli, here a fun, tasty and extremely easy to make broccoli stir fry. It takes just a few minutes to cook, and you can serve it as a side dish for stir fried beef, chicken, pork or other dishes.

And here are other tasty side dishes: Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower, Garlicky Broccoli Stir Fry.

I used to chop ginger when I am making a stir fry, but now I am always grating it. Grated ginger adds a great flavor to the dish, and you are not going to bite into a big piece of ginger if you grate it.

Tools You Will Need To Make Broccoli Stir Fry

Knife
Cutting Board
Saute Pan
Grater
Dinner Plates

Ingredients You Will Need To Make Broccoli Stir Fry

2 garlic cloves
a small piece of ginger
a few Red Pepper Flakes
A bunch of broccoli, that has been steamed, drained and dried. See how to steam broccoli at How To Make Steamed Broccoli
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesami oil
A bunch of sesami seeds
Vegetable Oil For Frying

How To Make Broccoli Stir Fry

Peel and chop the garlic on a cutting board. Peel and grate the ginger.

Heat up vegetable oil in the saute pan. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and ginger and cook for one minute. Add broccoli, that you have steamed, drained and dried. Stir fry for another minute. Add soy sauce and sesami oil. Cook for another minute, turn off the heat and garnish with sesami seeds. Serve broccoli stir fry with beef stir fry and rice.
