Broccoli Recipe: Broccoli Stir Fry
If you have steamed broccoli, but don’t want to eat just steamed broccoli, here a fun, tasty and extremely easy to make broccoli stir fry. It takes just a few minutes to cook, and you can serve it as a side dish for stir fried beef, chicken, pork or other dishes.
And here are other tasty side dishes: Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower.
I used to chop ginger when I am making a stir fry, but now I am always grating it. Grated ginger adds a great flavor to the dish, and you are not going to bite into a big piece of ginger if you grate it.
