Ingredients For Beef Stew Recipe

2.5 Pounds of Beef
3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
2 Large Onions
Water
1 Pound of White Mushrooms
Parsley

Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper




How To Make Beef Stew

Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Wash, peel and chop the onions.

Heat up the oil. Add the beef and cook for a few minutes on one side. Turn the beef and cook on the other side for a few more minutes. Add onions and cook for 5-10 more minutes.

Add water to cover the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer for a 1.5-2 hours, until the beef is cooked. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Add mushrooms to the beef and cook for 40 minutes to an hour, until both the beef and mushrooms are done. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with parsley when serving.
