1 cup of Basmati Rice
2 cups of Water

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Small Onion
A handful of Dill

How To Make Basmati Rice With Dill

Peel, wash and mince the onion.

Wash and chop the dill.

Heat up the oil in a medium saucepan. Add onions, and saute them until they become translucent.

Add the rice to the oil and onions, and toast the rice for a few minutes. Add the water, and bring to boil. Reduce the heat, cover the saucepan with the lid, and cook the rice for 15-17 minutes, until it is done.

Let the rice stand for 5 minutes, fluff the rice with a fork, add dill and gently mix it with the rice.
