Here is another one of the avocado recipes: this is an avocado salad with tomatoes, onions, goat cheese and lemon juice. There is no oil in this salad and you can get away with adding just a bit of salt, because goat cheese already adds a nice tang to the salad.

1 large Avocado
5-6 Campari Tomatoes
1/4 of a small Red Onion
2 oz of Goat Cheese
1/2 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
How To Make Avocado, Goat Cheese and Tomato Salad
Peel and chop the avocado on a cutting board. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice.
Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters on a cutting board. If you are using smaller grape or cherry tomatoes, just half those.
Chop the red onions on a cutting board.
Arrange tomatoes, avocados and onions on a plate. Crumble the goat cheese on top.
